What Causes Lump On Vaginal Lip?
I have a small, single lump near my butthole, and one on the outside of the lip of my vagina. I was diagnosed with high risk HPV a year ago, is there any chance that this is not genital warts as it is not in clusters and does not look like cauliflower?

You may have some benign cyst or genital wart You should go for examination. As you are tested positive for HPV so you should not take risk. Go for examination. And then start treatment accordingly if needed.
