What Causes Lump On Vaginal Wall?

Hi I just got out the shower and I noticed when I look down a big lump? on the right side of my vagina wall, and it didn t hurt at first until I started messing with it.. Now its warm and it got bigger cause I aggravated it, do you have any idea what this could be? Please help me im so scared. I didn t notice it until today

Hi,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair infection as it appeared very recently.
Due to irritation with messing, aggravation lead to induration.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Chance of having Bartholin's gland cyst to keep in mind as well.
