General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the sore lump on clitoral hood indicates possible Bartholin cyst or other benign lesion most likely.

* However, in my clinic, I do recommend a thorough physical examination with inspection, palpation and per vaginal examination to find out the actual position and guide accordingly.

* In some cases, I do suggest an ultrasound evaluation of the soft tissue part for further details of tissue texture, internal content and guidelines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
