What Causes Lump Under Armpit?

I just now found a lump under my right arm....in the armpit. It is not sore or movable. I am 48 years old, a smoker, and a little overweight. Last week, for about a day, I was running a fever of 102. It was short-lived and I felt fine after about 2 days. But, this lump has me concerned.

This one is a lymph node and could be sign of some underlying disease like tuberculosis or even malignancy.

Please go for an FNAC test to relieve your tension.
