What Causes Lump Under Ear And Side Of Neck?

I just ate something tangy and got this tingly feeling from my ear to my neck (it's a bit hard to describe) now I have small lump come up under my ear and side of neck. I had this many years before and it was a blocked pitutary gland from drinking orange juice. I've just had 2 panadol and will wait till the morning to see if I need to get antibiotics.

Welcome to HCM
Pitutary gland is inside the skull. What you are seeing is enlarged lymph nodes. If smallsize and not increasing in size no need of antibiotics. If larger size you should see a surgeon. Orange juice has nothing to do with this.
