What Causes Lump Under The Clitoris After Treated HPV?

Hi, I was diagnosed with HPV when I was pregnant with my son. I had an episiotamy and after healing had the Mirena inserted. About a week later my OBGYN found that I had Cervical Dysplasia and I had to have an Leep. After I healed I discovered a hard lump under my clitoris. It is painless and smaller than a pea. I have had it for over a year and did not have it pre-pregnancy/ during pregnancy. I would see my OBGYN, but I don't have insurance anymore and honestly can't afford it. I'm so scared that it is some kind of tumor.... any ideas?
