General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it is fibroadenosis with mastitis. Other cause may be breast abscess or malignancy. You should consult the surgeon for exact diagnosis by undergoing fine needle aspiration biopsy of the lump and hormonal analysis. Treatment depends upon the biopsy report. Meanwhile take analgesic, cold pack application, getle massage with prime rose oil, wear supportive padded bra.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
