Hello, I currently have been having itchy biceps(image itchy part is on stretch marks) and after scratching there are small bumps appearing. This has been happening for the last few days. It has also be occurring on my armpit, upper calves, and inner thigh near my groin and all of the itchy parts have been where I have stretch marks and all have the small lump appearing that are in quite proximity of one another. Please answer
From your history and description, I would consider the possibilities of a fungal infection and increase in stretch marks.
Stretch marks per se can become itchy and bumpy if they are increasing in intensity. Use a good moisturizer preferably containing cocoa butter 2 times a day on the marks and massage.
A fungal infection presents as a round rash with powdery scaling on the borders. This can clear with the use of an antifungal cream with Clotrimazole applied twice a day for 2 weeks.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
