What Causes Lumps Around The Vagina?

hi ... i have not had sex for years and am think of relaionship . I looked at my virgina and it has many skin bits .. lumps .. even under the spot where I wee from .. I saw the doc and she said they r not warts at all . i have had 4 children .. all gworn up .. i am 43 .. 8 and a half stone .. over active and underactive immune issues ... chronic hep c ... although I am quite healthy it looks embarresing .. they can swell too ... and they look lumps all the way around my vigina when it is slightly open ... what is it
