What Causes Lumps Around Vagina?

Hi, over the past week i had a lot of rough sex with 2 new partners, since then i ve grown three 6-7mm diameter lumps, with central welts, which look like an ulcer, around my vagina. They hurt very badly, they are circular and do not seem to be filled with pus or liquid.

I really appreciate your concern such lesion could be due to trauma, now you have to take care of this as long as the infection is concern, and for that keep the area clean and apply "Povidone Iodine" ointment three times in day, if this does not come around then you need to go for clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
