What Causes Lumps In Chin,throat And Severe Pain In Stomach?

Hello, I am 16 years old and i have had many medical problems with no solutions lately. They include; A large red dot on my cheek that iv had for a little over two weeks, white patches above my front teeth and to the left, many little bumps on the inside of my bottom lip, a tore up bottom of my tongue, it feels like i have a golfball in my throat, i have a bump on the inside of my chin bone that i have had for about two months, for over two months my stomach has been giving me issues including nausea, shooting pains in the lower abdomen as well as the sides of my abdomen. For the past day i have been getting sharp pains where my spleen is right below my left rip cage ends. I have been getting random pains in my toes/feet.
