What Causes Lumps Inside The Rectal Opening After Treating Hemorrhoids?

I have two lumps inside the wall of my butt crack, I ve already had issues with hemmroids and I just had them removed plus an anal fisher repaired about 6 months ago, my stool is always hard and I m always having issues back there but never had these lumps, is this something I should worry about?

Hello,

I think you should get back and consult with proctologist again.
Taking into account your personal history of previous hemorrhoids, and anal fistula, we should make sure there is a relapse of fistula this time.

Keep local hygiene. Take probiotics, gentle laxatives and stool softeners to ease bowel movements.
