What Causes Lumps Inside The Tongue?

I have 2 lumps on the INSIDE of my tongue. One is about the size of a pea, and the other is smaller . The bigger one is on my right side, And the little one is on my left. they both hurt, but the one on my right side hurts even more.. Im only 16 what could be wrong ? It hurts really bad !

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the lumps inside the tongue could be multiple leiomyoma or multiple fibroma or neuroma...consult a oral physician to rule out all these things..you might have to get the lesions biopsied.. i hope my answer will help you..take care..
