What Causes Lumps Inside The Vagina While Having Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

about 2 years ago i had heavy bleeding, i had to change my menstural pad each hour. I also noticed that after that my stomach appears to be bloated and looks almost pregnant which i know i have not been. i also notice lumps inside my vagina this past week. what should i do?

it can be problem in uterus like fibroid or pregnancy can be ruled out by pregnancy test. it requeres check by gyne chologist. appears to be prolapse uterus pv examination is to be done by gynechologist.
