What Causes Lumps On Each Side Of The Neck?

I have a growth above my left breast near my armpit, it is about the size of a small grape. recently (about a month or so) I have noticed that I have lumps, one on each side of my neck. I am not sure if these are enlarged lymph nodes. I also seem to bruise very easily. I have also noticed that my hair is thinner.

Hi.
Welcome t HCM.
You may be having enlarged lymph nodes. You should show it to surgeon. Fine needle aspiration cytology of it can tell exact cause. Thin hairs has no cprelation with it but eaay bruessing needs blood platelet investigations.
