What Causes Lumps On Head After Recovering From Severe Headache?

I had a headache on Thursday evening that started on the side of my head and seemed to travel to my forehead Its totally gone as of today Monday but now I have three lumps on the right side of my head near my forehead. Is this stress related on a allergic reaction ? opps my email is YYYY@YYYY

headache and lumparenot related. head ache may be migraine.doctorshoud examine lumps. it can be just allergic or inflammatory lumps. after diagnosis treatment can be started. can not be stress related. apply warm phomantation.give total history of head ache. refraction may be done and if error detected it should be corrected.
