General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to Bartholin cysts. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. A visual examination with gyanecologist is well appreciated to rule out other problems like warts. Hot fomentation will be helpful in case of symptoms like irritation or pain. It can be excised surgically if persist for long term.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
