What Causes Lumps On The Spine With Feelings Of Tiredness?

I am working in Mexico and have been here a month I have been extremly tired with no energy...which is not like me, head feels heavy, and have noticed today I am forming bumps going up my spine that werent there, they do not hurt or itch (Ive had shingles more than once and it doesnt feel like that). This could be nothing and I thought I was just getting a cold but it's a little odd with the bumps down my spine...I have a very low immune system and want to make sure it doesn't sound like anything serious
