What Causes Lumps On The Vagina Along With Vaginal Spotting Post Menstruation?

Hello I have a bump and a small one next to it or rather they both are pimples. I was told today I have a yeast infection so when I urinate it burns and also my cycle just left and came again just spotting so it also discharging and when I urinate it burns just sitting still it hurts I ve also been having problems with my bowels and that back area hurts to 10 when I strain to use it. HELP!

I really appreciate your concern, it seems you must be having some multiple complaints, for the boil if this is infection then may needs antibiotic but most of the time it comes around with inflammation condition, for the burning sensation may be due to less water intake so drink more water, menses and discharge, burning are totally different and not related with each other neither to worry about this, you have not mention what kind of problem you have with bowel, hope this information helps.
