What Causes Lumps Under The Breasts With Brownish Discharge?

I'm 21 years old. male. I have lumps under both nipples and when i squeeze, a brown liquid comes out. I have been to the doctors and they said i have nothing to worry about? please help? my nipples are visibly bigger and they hurt when pressed against.
