Hi, Dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. Fat can have lumps in it called lipoma s they are soft and generally large. There can be infections, boils, scars abnormal sweat glands but they are generally fairly obvious as something abnormal and inflamed. If there is enough glandular tissue it can have lumps. There is male breast cancer. It is in the center of the chest near the nipple, it is generally not multiple and not small so it sounds totally unlike what you are describing and the other possibilities mentioned are more likely but it requires an exam to make a real opinion.
