What Causes Lumps, White Patches And Swelling Of The Vagina?
This is very embarrassing to me but I have got worried after talking to my daughter! One side of my vagina is swollen with hard lumps on the left side of my vagina and more around the area and also it has white patches of something on and in my vagina?! Can u help plz??

It is unclear to me without a visual examination, so please do consider writing to me using our premium service wherein you can attach images of the region for my evaluation.
But for now, it could be due to hair removal or poor hygiene, and I would just advise a warm compress over the region several times a day, and warm water sitz bathes with epsom salt in it for at least 20 minutes at least 2-3 times a day.
