I am a 58 female no smoker , non drinker, no street drug use. I became ill 8-8-16 my lungs feel inflamed but no cough, body aches fever chills and heart pounds with exertion . I have been to the clinic twice. Blood work is normal. Testes for lime disease and west Nile negative . General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get a chest X-ray and careful chest and throat examination. Possibility of lower respiratory tract infection is quite high. You may need antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen. Anti histamines like Cetrizine or Loratidine can be helpful too. Steam inhalations may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
