What Causes Lymph Node Swelling, Abdominal Pain And Back Pain?

I have lymph node swelling on my right groin area, a "stitch" like pain under my ribs, a sore area down my right thigh and lower abdominal pain, also lower back pain, all on the right side. My abdomen swells when i walk more than 25 feet and is painful. I am 42 yr old female.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection in lower abdomen giving this problem.
There is possibility of having inguinal hernia or lax recti muscles producing swelling in lower abdomen while walking.
consult your doctor and get examined.
