What Causes Lymph Nodes In Chest?

I have been told that I have a chest full of lympnoids some people say you don't get lympnoids in your lungs but my c- scan says otherwise i am scheduled for a biopsy sometime in the next couple weeks and I am very nervous and scared of what is happening..

I can understand your concern.
Chest cavity has mediastinal group of lymphnodes.
And common causes for mediastinal Lymphadenopathy are
1. Lung infection
2. Sarcoidosis
3. Tuberculosis
4. Histoplasmosis (fungal infection)
5. Lymphoma s (malignancy).
So biopsy is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
