What Causes Male Pattern Baldness Despite Using Mintop?

Hello.I am suffering from Male pattern Baldness and this is heriditary.I used mintop /hair 4 you 2% and that did not gave me the result that i wanted. Now I have 30-40% baldness . Please Suggest if there is medicine that is available ensuring that I dont end up spending lot of money.

As per your complain Male Pattern Baldness or Androgenic Alopaecia is due to sensitivity of hair follicles to Androgenic hormones Ieading to destruction of hair follicles and hairfall..
Application of 2% Mintop lotion that contains Minoxidil solution is a low concentration and you should apply atleast 5% Minoxidil solution..
You should consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Dermoscopy, Trichogram and blood tests can help in confirming the diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to apply 5% Minoxidil lotion over the scalp..
You can also be advised to take Biotin and Multivitamin supplements..
You can be advised to take Finestaride orally..
You can also massage your scalp with warm coconut oil..
Avoid brushing your hairs vigorously..
You can also keep the scalp clean and dry..
