What Causes Mass Growth In Kidney, Back Pain And Tingling In Legs?

im a 40yr female, w/a history of uti and vb issues. i had a hysterectomy in 2003 w/a bladder tuck. ive recently completed cipro and flaygl for gram negative klebsiella. there is a small mass on left kidney, lower back pain and tingling in both legs. what is going on w/me?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have abscess, pyelonephritis, adenoma or rensl cell carcinoma. You should go for ultrasound abdomen. If needed go for ultrasound guided FNAC or biopsy of that mass. It will give you exact diagnosis.
