What Causes Mass Under Rib-cage, Weight Loss And Stabbing Pain In Arm?

A couple months ago I noticed a mass under my rib cage causing it to protrude. I have been losing a lot of weight and just thought it was part of me that covered in fat. Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed it doubled in size. A few days ago it starting giving me shocking stabbing pains when I would relax my arm against the protruding rib cage. If I lift that arm over my head you can see some purple discoloration in the area. Please a little advice?

Please do not ignore it since its growing in size very fast. You have lost weight too. It's paining. You haven't mentioned any fever, so infection chances are least.

We should not hesitate in expressing that any chances of tumour, that could be malignant also, should be explored and better to exclude as soon as possible.
