What Causes Medium Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi, I had a complete hysterectomy on May 21 of 2014. I just had intercourse on sept 8 of 2014 and have some light to medium bleeding. I have had bleeding in the past after sex but this was the most since the surgery! What is this caused by considering there is nothing there....?
