General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, do not worry. As there are symptoms you are facing, I would like to suggest:
1. Gradient-Echo T2WI magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the head.

There is some drug treatment to microsurgery which can treat this angioma.
I recommend you to start Propanolol.

If nothing improves, you can go to
Cryotherapy
Electrocautery
Intense pulsed light
Vascular laser.

Do this drug treatment and follow the guidelines I gave for 1 month, and then, see whether the symptoms are there or not.
Meantime, do the test and post another question with the report. Any doctor here will follow you up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
