hi my friend was mugged in the park 48 hours ago and she has lost 5 years memory and doenst remeber alot like where she live and what happend and ive known herten years and she dont know me but does my her other fried her lower back of skull on left side is the injury about 2 ines around 1 inch swelling both eyse even but small not much response to lightemail is YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

The symptoms of your friend can be well explained with head trauma and related brain injury. She needs to be sent to the ER urgently and have the proper examinations where a non-contrast CT scan is one of the first ones she will have. According to the results of the CT scan the doctor will decide on further steps.
