What Causes Memory Loss And Twitching In Face/neck In A Child?

my nephew is 5 years old and recently developed a twich on one side of his face/neck. in the past couple days he then had the same twich on the other side and it was causing him some pain. his vision has gotten weaker, and he cannot remember what he was talking about before the twich attack. does this have any connection to a tumor?
