What Causes Memory Loss While Suffering From Diabetes And Congestive Heart Failure?

My husband has had a heat stroke, 2 regular strokes, he has type 2 diabetes and congestive heart failure. He is getting very forgetful lately and he has spells were he kind of blacks out and doesn t come out of it for a while. He had a spell today where he struggled to breathe. I am very concerned lately.

Hi,

Your husband seems to be going into hypoxia. The previous history of cardiac failure has no good signs. Kindly get an echocardiography and follow with a cardiologist as soon as possible.
