What Causes Meningitis Patient To Be Unconscious?

a patient suffering from 4th ventricle haemorrhage with diabetes and hypertension with 30% heart working,after that drainage of haematoma done and all vitals are controlled and patient is on ventilator since 8 days.now patient is suffering from meningitis but MRI of brain reveals normal study.but patient is still unconcious.what is the main reason for this and is it curable or not.how it can be treated.please tell me ur address or e-mail i.d
