What Causes Meningitis Rash?

I keep getting what looks like the meningitus rash but its burst blood cells under the skin - ive never had it before and now i keep getting it quite often but i dont remember knocking myself. I am 22 about 9 stone and female, no known allergies or previous problems

Meningitis rash is similat to any other diffuse rash so if you dont have other symptoms of meningitis then this is probably not this and you should find another cause of rash such as allergic reaction or oher infectious diseases.
