Hi,

It is not uncommon to experience bleeding during urination while on your period. This is typically due to the location of the cervix, which is positioned close to the urethra (the tube that carries urine out of the body). As blood flows out of the cervix and into the vagina, it can mix with urine in the urethra, causing blood to be present when you urinate.

If you are only experiencing bleeding during urination and not on your pad, it is possible that your flow is lighter than usual or that the blood is not making it onto your pad due to its positioning or absorption by your clothing. However, if you continue to have concerns or if you notice any other unusual symptoms, consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
