General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This can be due to stress, infection, injury, structural pathology, etc. So, I would like to give you some tests:

1. Complete Blood Count.
2. Lower Abdomen USG
3. D-Dimer test
4. Vaginal fluid culture
5. Serum ferritin

Another thing, if possible, a physical examination is also required. We can investigate these reports and can decide what to do next, that means, which treatment to follow.

Maintain hygiene and eat a healthy diet. Do not drink coffee or chocolates too much.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
