What Causes Menstrual Delay After Intercourse?

Hello, Last month I had periods on 9th feb, and today is 9th march, and periods did not happen till date. I hade intercourse on 7th feb but the sperm did not go inside, then y i am not having periods till now? I am very worried. I cannot get operated, i have to abort though pills if I have conceived. Please advice Soon

Understand your concern
Most common cause of delayed period is pregnancy. But you should wait for week to period. After that confirm the pregnancy by UPT/Blood HCG/USG.
If pregnancy is confirmed you can use medical abortion pill under the observation of gynecologist up to 9 week of pregnancy. Pre abortion USG is require to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy.You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion kit. Tabet Mifepristone 600 mg orally to be followed after 24 hours by Tab. Misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally every 4-6 hours up to 3 doses. Do not use this treatment by self medication as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding , failure of treatment/incomplete abortion, abnormal continuation of pregnancy, infections.Follow up USG after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion. Use condoms and i pill to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
