What Causes Menstrual Irregularities?
Hi, Am a lady aged 27 years.since i started receiving my menses at the age of 14 they have been regular until July this year when they became irregular in that every month they appear 5days earlier.could i be having a problem and can they be regularised? T hank you.

Your work up needed as follow....
-pelvic examination
-pelvic USG examination
-CBC etc...
From USG and pelvic examination endometriosis, ovarian problem, fibroid, cervicitis, polyp like causes will be ruled out
If still cause not identified than Hormonal profile checked and curretage done for further work up
Thyroid issue also checked by serum TSH estimation
According to cause specific treatment given
Synthetic progesterone drug can be prescribed for regularizing period like primolute N...
