What Causes Menstrual Irregularities?

Hello,I m having irregular period... But I m not sure either... I had mid cycle bleeding every month,on cycle day 13/14.. It last for 3-4 days...starts with spotting...and mild bleeding on 3Rd day..dark red bleeding... Is this ovulation bleeding? Does this interrupt chances of conceiving

hai madam .... every month mid cycle u having this ... surely this is ovulatory bleeding ...ovum is ruptured frm ur follicles tat makes it ... take ocp pills fr 3 months to regularise ur menstrual cycle
