What Causes Menstrual Irregularities?
For some reason my periods don t always some and for three ish years they have always been irregular. And for the past year I have to deal with light bleeding or black and brown discharge. I know I m not pregnant because I haven t ever had sex, but I m still concerned.

irregular menstural cycle can be due to stress...hormonal imbalance,pcod,overweight etc...nothing to worry...u can focus on maintaining healthy lifestyle...
