What Causes Menstruation Clotting With Leg Ache And Body Heaviness?

I was 2 weeks late for my menses and i have my menses now. I have an ache in my right leg from the hip all the way down to my feet. Menses is extremely clotty and of a bright red colour.... clotts are dark red. Body is heavy and i'm extremely tired
