Hi,

Irregularity in periods could be due to various reasons such as stress, change in lifestyle, poor diet, disturbed sleep, or change in medical parameters, etc. But definitely it's something one should not ignore, It is best that you consult a gynecologist who will probably get your blood test (including PCOS/PCOD test) done, to analyze what's going wrong with your body. Meanwhile, stay calm, practice healthy eating habits and exercise regularly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
