What Causes Menstruation Twice In A Month?

Hi I m 13 this is the second Time I have had my period ever and I know what everything is but I just got of my 5day period and 1day later as of today I went to the bathroom to find I have started my period agian what is the cause of this or is this normal why does it do this I ve never had it happen to me or my mom.HELP
