What Causes Metallic Smell In Body Inspite Of Taking Zantac?

I have been smelling metallic for the past three months, not all the time but 3 to four times daily sometimes more. I saw a doctor and he told me to take zantac for a month and it should go away. Ive been taking it for two weeks and it has not helped.

I really appreciate your concern, the best alternative of this medicine would be "Tab omeprazole" but it need to be taken in case of hyperacidity, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
