What Causes Metallic Taste In Mouth, Headache, Itchy Skin And Weight Loss?

I ve had neck pain and swelling of lymph nodes, headaches, weight loss, nausea, metal taste in mouth, itching skin, generalized lymph node swelling, pain in right side and now I m feeling what I describe as a hard area on lowest right posterior rib, swelling in left upper abdomen, some bone pain as well.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Do you have sore throat and congestive symptoms ???

Here physical examination is very much necessary as according to your history it seems you might have liver and spleen enlarged along with generalised lymphedenopathy .....

Investigate with CBC , Peripheral smear , LFT and urine examination etc.. like investigation ...

If serum bilirubin high and sore throat there infectious mononucleosis can be there .
Symptomatic management done ....

Second here I would like to rule out malignancy like lymphoma also as you have multiple lymph Node enlarged ..
FNAC done from it ....

Third I would also suggest to rule out tuberculosis or HIV like systemic infection.....

Despite all my best advise I like you to give advise for your examination by nearby physician ...
