What Causes Metallic Taste In Mouth?
what is the cause of a nasty or metallic taste in mouth? i went to the er a few weeks ago and they told me i have gastritis but im not sure why i still have this nasty taste in my mouth and that symptom just came back two days ago and they did a pregnancy test and it came back negative

Severe acid reflux can cause similar symptoms. As a first-line management antacid like omeprazole or pantoprazole can be taken.
Avoid spicy foods. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
