What Causes Metallic Taste In The Mouth Along With Constipation?

I have a friend who has symptoms, and she feels she may have been given something while out with her girlfriend. She has experienced mental confusion for the past eight days, metallic taste for a couple days, major heartburn, constipation, shakiness, cold sweats, feverish, and a numb tongue, as well as her teeth. Her hearing is also affected. She cannot keep food down, but is drinking. Do you have any idea what may have caused this.
