What Causes Metallic Taste, Right-sided Sharp Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Exhaustion?
I m a 25 year old female who has been experiencing a metallic taste in mouth, sharp pain in right side which is now all over abdomen with tenderness to touch, constipation, and exhaustion. What can I do to help alliviate this? I took a laxative last night and finally felt some sort of relief, but today seems worse.

Meralic taste may be sort of nausia ...and pain first on rt side now all over abdomen may be sign of appendicitis .. Get a usg done and see for wbc count in cbp
