What Causes Mid Back Pain, Indigestion And Bloating After Treating Severe Sciatica?
hi, I had severe sciatica 7 weeks ago for 5 weeks then it went away but a few days later I developed upper and middle back pain which is not easing with pain relief. I feel like my back is twisting inside and have had indigestion and bloating of my stomach, I am in so much pain it is affecting my work and distupting my sleep, please advise thank you

You should check your the lumbar spine doing an X-ray of it. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs may help you cope with pain. Physical therapy is also needed to help you.
